Margins & Bleed

Use 3 mm bleed when your design or background color runs to the edge. Keep names, signatures, and key text comfortably away from the trim line.

PDF

File Format

A final-size PDF is the most reliable choice. Make sure fonts are embedded or converted properly so the layout stays intact.

300 DPI

Color & Sharpness

Preferably supply the file in CMYK and use artwork or logos with enough resolution. For a crisp certificate design, 300 DPI is a safe guideline.
