Which file formats can I supply?
PDF is preferred. We also support JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, SVG, AI/EPS, and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. SVG, AI/EPS, and Office files are converted to PDF for processing; images are processed directly. Native InDesign (.indd), Photoshop (.psd), and protected PDFs are not supported. The preview helps you inspect pages and visible placement and may show technical warnings for supported products. It is not a full check of bleed, resolution, colour, fonts, content, or design.
How fast is urgent production?
If priority production is available for your product and you order before 12:00, your order is scheduled for same-day production and dispatch or collection. Final delivery time is determined by the carrier. Contact us in advance if you need delivery on a fixed date.
Can I request a proof?
A proof is not included by default in the online checkout. Contact us before ordering if you want to discuss a proof for a large run or special finish.
What if the print isn't right?
Is something wrong with your order? Send us your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll review it promptly and work with you on an appropriate solution, such as a correction, reprint, or refund.
How can I pay online?
During checkout, Mollie shows the payment methods available for your order. Pay-later invoice payment is not available by default.
