Which flyer size fits your campaign?

A5 is a versatile flyer size, but it is not the best choice for every use. A short promotion needs less space than a programme, price list, or detailed handout. Decide what the reader needs to do first, then match the size, paper, and print setup to that goal.

Compare flyer sizes

A7 · 74 × 105 mm

Very compact for a discount code, short promotion, or small insert.

A6 · 105 × 148 mm

Easy to hand out and keep, with room for a short message and clear call to action.

A5 · 148 × 210 mm

A balanced format for an offer, imagery, date, and contact details.

DIN long · 99 × 210 mm

A narrow format that fits business envelopes neatly and works well for mailings.

A4 or custom

Choose A4 for programmes, price lists, and detail; use custom sizing for an existing layout or specific placement.

Compare paper stocks

Standard white · 80 g

A light, cost-conscious choice for broad distribution and short-term use.

Firm white · 100 g

A little firmer and less transparent, useful for double-sided information.

Glossy off-white · 170 g

More sheen and weight for flyers where photography and colour take centre stage.

Natural card white · 300 g

A card-like feel for invitations, premium promotions, and material intended to be kept longer.

Match the print setup to your content

Single-sided

Suited to one clear message that should be understood at a glance.

Double-sided

Use the reverse for directions, terms, a programme, or additional product information.

Colour or black and white

Colour supports brand recognition and photography; black and white can suit simple informational handouts.

Prepare your artwork

  • Set up the document at the chosen final size and preferably supply it as a PDF.
  • Add 3 mm bleed on every side when colour or artwork runs to the edge.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 5 mm away from the trim edge.
  • Use CMYK where possible and aim for images around 300 dpi at final size.
