Voucher printing: size and paper tips
For a compact voucher, A6 (105 × 148 mm) is a practical starting point. In the configurator, this setup is available under Loose-leaf, including Natural card (white 300 g) and single- or double-sided printing. This lets you match the voucher to the amount of information and the look you want.

A practical starting configuration
A6 · 105 × 148 mm
Compact enough to hand out or place in an envelope, while leaving room for the offer, code, and brand design.
Natural card · white 300 g
Sturdy stock that gives a gift or store-credit voucher more substance than standard print paper.
Double-sided
Lead with the main message and use the reverse for validity, terms, and contact details.
When should you choose something different?
A5
Useful when you need more explanation, several locations, or more extensive terms.
Glossy 170 g
A lighter choice for image-led designs where colour and sheen matter more than card thickness.
Custom size or rounded corners
Use a custom size for an existing design; rounded corners give the voucher a softer, distinctive shape.
What should a voucher include?
- The value, discount, or service the recipient can redeem.
- A clear validity period and only the terms that are genuinely needed.
- A unique code or QR code when the voucher needs to be registered.
- A name, website, or contact details so the recipient knows where to use it.
Artwork check before ordering
- Work at the chosen final size and preferably supply a PDF.
- Check codes and terms on a real print; small type looks different on paper than on screen.
- Keep important content clear of the trim edge and add bleed for edge-to-edge artwork.
- Use CMYK where possible and aim for images around 300 dpi at final size.
