What is the standard production time?
Many standard orders have a production time of around one business day. After that, the order is either shipped or prepared for pickup depending on the option you selected.
Your total lead time therefore depends on both production and delivery.
Can I order urgent printing?
Yes. For jobs with a short deadline you can choose an urgent option, so your order is scheduled faster than a standard order.
If you have a fixed deadline, contact us first so we can confirm what is realistically possible.
Which files should I upload?
A print-ready PDF is usually the best option because fonts, margins, and page dimensions remain more predictable.
If you work in Word, Canva, or InDesign, export a clean PDF before uploading whenever possible.
Do I need bleed and a safety margin?
Yes, especially for designs that print to the edge. Bleed helps avoid white borders after trimming.
Also keep important text and logos away from the cut edge so they do not end up too close to the trim line.
Can I collect my order in Almere?
Yes. You can choose pickup in Almere when ordering, and we will let you know when your order is ready.
Pickup is especially useful when you need your print work quickly or do not want to build in extra shipping time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
