Poster paper types
Choose from the three paper types currently available in the poster configurator. All three are intended for posters and indoor visual applications.
White poster paper with a subtle satin coating for colour prints, photographs and presentation material.
White matt-coated poster paper for low reflection and clear contrast in graphic prints.
Heavier poster paper with a light satin sheen, suited to photographs and image-led indoor posters.
Supplying your poster
Check these three points before uploading your file. The document check is optional in the configurator.
Safety margin
Keep text, logos and other important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line.
File type
We prefer a PDF. Other accepted file types can be uploaded directly in the configurator.
Resolution and colour
Supply your artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI and use CMYK for suitable colour preparation.

Which poster sizes can I choose online?
Choose A4, A3, A2, A1, A0 or B1. For a custom rectangular size, enter a width and height from 100–1300 mm.
Which paper types are available for posters?
The poster configurator offers 200 gsm satin, 200 gsm matt and 260 gsm premium satin. Your current price appears after you choose the paper, size and quantity.
Can I print a square poster?
Yes. Choose a custom rectangular size and enter the same width and height, such as 230 × 230 mm or 500 × 500 mm.
How should I supply my poster artwork?
Preferably use a PDF, keep important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line and supply images at a minimum of 300 DPI in CMYK. Then review the print preview.
When will my poster be ready?
Timing depends on the size, paper, quantity and delivery. The configurator shows the current schedule for pickup in Almere or shipping before you order.
