Choose a standard size or enter a width and height for a custom card. The configurator checks the limits for your selected material and setup.
Card paper and materials
Compare Natural card, Card, Old Dutch, Linen pressing, Pearl luxury and Polyester. Card 350 gsm is the default. Paper is listed by weight; polyester is listed by thickness in micrometres (µm).
White 300 gsm natural card with a matte appearance and a noticeable paper fibre.
White 350 gsm card with a slight gloss. This is the default selection in the card configurator.
Off-white 300 gsm paper for cards with a softer paper colour.
Bright white 300 gsm paper with a visible linen grid and pronounced grooves. Text remains sharp; photographs and images show a slight texture from the relief.
The white Pearl luxury paper option at 300 gsm for cards.
Polyester with a thickness of 350 micrometres for flat, unfolded cards only. The µm value indicates material thickness, not paper weight.
Supplying your card
Prepare your PDF at the selected finished size and check pages, bleed and important content before ordering.
Bleed and margin
Extend artwork or colour that reaches the edge into the required bleed and keep text and logos at least 5 mm inside the trim line.
Pages for flat cards
Use one PDF page for single-sided printing or two pages for front and reverse.
Pages for folded cards
A fully printed double-sided folded card can be supplied as four separate pages or two spreads; check the page order in the preview.
Resolution and colour
Use images at a minimum of 300 DPI at finished size and work in CMYK where possible.

Which card sizes can I choose online?
Choose A6 (105 × 148 mm), A5 (148 × 210 mm), A4 (210 × 297 mm), square 135 × 135 mm, DIN long 99 × 210 mm or a custom size. For custom cards, enter width and height; the configurator checks the limits for your selected material and setup.
Which paper and material options are available?
Choose Natural card white 300 gsm, Card slightly glossy white 350 gsm, Old Dutch off-white 300 gsm, Linen pressing bright white 300 gsm, Pearl luxury white 300 gsm or Polyester 350 µm. Card 350 gsm is the default.
Can I print cards single or double sided?
Yes. Choose colour or black and white, then single- or double-sided printing. Supply one or two PDF pages for a flat card.
Can I have a card folded in the centre?
A centre fold is available with suitable paper. Polyester is for flat, unfolded cards only. A fully printed double-sided folded paper card can contain four separate pages or two spreads.
How should I prepare my card artwork?
Preferably supply a PDF, extend edge-to-edge artwork into the required bleed, keep important content 5 mm inside the trim line and use images at a minimum of 300 DPI in CMYK where possible.
Where can I see the current price and schedule?
The configurator calculates price and timing after your choices for quantity, size, material, colour, print sides, fold, document checking and delivery.
