Paper and polyester for flyers
Compare the paper and polyester options below. Paper is listed by weight; polyester is listed by thickness in micrometres (µm). The configurator shows availability, price and timing for your selection.
The lightest white paper stock in the flyer configurator.
White paper that is heavier than the 80 gsm option.
The extra firm white paper option at 160 gsm.
The glossy off-white option at 170 gsm.
The very firm white paper option at 250 gsm.
The white natural card option at 300 gsm.
The heaviest card option, described as slightly glossy white.
Polyester with a thickness of 125 micrometres.
The thicker polyester option, with a thickness of 350 micrometres.
Supply your flyer artwork
3 mm bleed
Add 3 mm bleed on every side when artwork or colour reaches the trim.
5 mm safety margin
Keep important text, logos and QR codes at least 5 mm inside the trim line.
PDF and 300 DPI
Preferably supply a PDF with images of at least 300 DPI at finished size.

Which paper stocks and materials are available?
Choose white paper at 80, 100, 160 or 250 gsm, glossy off-white 170 gsm, white natural card 300 gsm, slightly glossy white card 350 gsm or polyester at 125 or 350 µm.
Can I print in colour, black and white, and on both sides?
Yes. Choose colour or black and white and single- or double-sided printing in the configurator.
How should I supply my flyer artwork?
Preferably supply a PDF with 3 mm bleed, at least 5 mm safety margin and images of at least 300 DPI at finished size.
Where can I see the current price and schedule?
The configurator recalculates price and production schedule from your selected size, quantity, paper, printing, document checking and delivery.
Can I collect my order or have it sent by post?
