An A2 poster measures 420 × 594 mm. Its surface area is twice A3 and half A1, giving you more design room than A3 without moving straight to A1.

Three paper types for your A2 poster
Choose 200 gsm satin for colour prints and photographs with a subtle satin finish, 200 gsm matt for low reflection and clear contrast or 260 gsm premium satin for a firmer, image-led result. These poster papers are intended for indoor visual applications. Double-sided tape (4 strips) is available as an optional accessory.
Supply your A2 poster artwork correctly
- Final size: set up your artwork at 420 × 594 mm and check the required portrait or landscape orientation in the file.
- Safety margin: keep text and important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line.
- File type: a print-ready PDF gives the most predictable result; other supported file types can be uploaded directly in the configurator.
- Resolution: supply your artwork at final size with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for a sharp result.
- Colour profile: supply in CMYK for the most accurate colour reproduction.
