Choose A6, A5, A4 or A3. For a custom rectangle, enter 80–310 mm wide and 60–440 mm high; the configurator validates the size.
Paper for loose-leaf printing
These four paper types are currently available in the loose-leaf configurator. Your selection is priced together with the size, page count and quantity.
A light option for text documents, handouts, worksheets and other everyday prints.
Slightly firmer and less transparent than 80 gsm, suited to colour and double-sided documents.
Off-white paper with gloss on both sides for documents centred on photos and blocks of colour.
White uncoated card with a noticeable fibrous texture and a very matt finish.

File and pages
We prefer a PDF. After uploading, check the page count; pages from multiple files are combined for pricing.
Safety margin
Keep text, logos and other important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line. Leave extra room at the staple edge when stapling.
Resolution and colour
Supply images at final size with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and use CMYK colour mode.

Which sizes can I choose for loose-leaf printing?
Choose A6, A5, A4 or A3. For a custom size, enter a width between 80 and 310 mm and a height between 60 and 440 mm; the configurator validates your dimensions.
Which paper types are available?
The loose-leaf configurator currently offers 80 gsm standard white, 100 gsm firm white, 170 gsm glossy off-white and 300 gsm natural white card.
Can I print single- or double-sided in black and white or colour?
Yes. Choose black and white or colour and single- or double-sided printing. Double-sided printing requires a document with at least two pages.
Which finishing options can I select?
Choose loose sheets or stapled sets. You can also select rounded corners and a standard or advanced document check when these options are available for your configuration.
What is the difference between pages and quantity?
Page count is the number of pages in one document; quantity is the number of copies. After upload, the configurator fills in the confirmed total page count and adds together the confirmed page counts from multiple files.
When will my loose-leaf prints be ready?
That depends on pages, quantity, paper, size, finishing and delivery. The configurator shows the current schedule for pickup in Almere or postal delivery before you order.
