Wrapping paper printing

Print wrapping paper as loose sheets for gifts, product boxes, retail packaging or a promotion. Use a pattern, logo, illustration or message and choose the size, paper and printing in the configurator.

Design the sheet around your package

Measure the gift or box and sketch where folds, overlaps and taped edges will sit. A repeating pattern stays recognisable across different parts of the package; for a logo or message, check that key elements remain visible after folding.

Choose A6 or A5 for small applications, A4 or A3 for more wrapping area, or set a custom rectangular size from 80–310 mm wide and 60–440 mm high. This product page supplies printed loose sheets within those limits, not rolls. Account for the selected sheet size in your design.

Choose paper and printing for your wrapping sheet

Choose standard white 80 gsm, firm white 100 gsm, glossy off-white 170 gsm or natural white card 300 gsm. Select the paper type that suits your design and application. Print in black-and-white or colour and on one or both sides. Double-sided printing needs a file with at least two pages; use the print preview to check which page forms the outside and inside. Choose loose sheets when you plan to use the paper for wrapping. An optional advanced document check can be selected when it is available for your configuration.

Check your design before printing

  • File and pages: preferably upload a PDF. After upload, check the confirmed total page count and the order of the front and reverse sides.
  • Pattern and folds: check scale, repetition, orientation, overlap, planned folds and the position of logos or messages in the print preview.
  • Safety margin: keep logos, text and other important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line.
  • Resolution and colour: supply illustrations and patterns at final size with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and use CMYK for colour printing.
