Worksheet printing

Print worksheets for lessons, training sessions, workshops, exercises, instructions or internal forms. Build each page at the selected final size and check before ordering that the guidance, questions and answer space are easy to read.

Two loose worksheets with questions, answer lines, a table and a diagram

Give every worksheet a clear structure

Start with a recognisable title and brief instructions. Use consistent numbering, clear labels and enough white space for answers, tables, checklists or notes. Check text, lines, boxes and page order in the preview.

Choose A6, A5, A4 or A3, or set a custom rectangular size from 80–310 mm wide and 60–440 mm high. This page does not preselect a size; the configurator validates the selected dimensions.

Choose paper and printing for your worksheets

Choose standard white 80 gsm, firm white 100 gsm, glossy off-white 170 gsm or natural white card 300 gsm. Print in black-and-white or colour and on one or both sides. Double-sided printing needs a file with at least two pages. Order worksheets as loose sheets or a stapled set, and optionally choose rounded corners or an advanced document check when that option is available for your configuration.

Check your worksheets before printing

  • File and pages: preferably upload one or more PDF files at the selected final size. Confirmed page counts are combined after upload; check the total and order.
  • Answer space and readability: check titles, instructions, numbering, lines, tables, boxes and answer space in the preview at the final size.
  • Safety margin: keep text, lines and other important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line of the selected outer size.
  • Resolution and colour: supply photographs and illustrations at final size with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and use CMYK when printing in colour.
