Make your handout clear and useful

Arrange key points, terms, steps, exercises, tables and images in a logical order. Leave enough white space for notes and number the pages when participants receive a set.

Choose A6 or A5 for a compact summary, A4 for class and training material, or A3 for larger diagrams. You can also set a custom rectangular size from 80–310 mm wide and 60–440 mm high. After upload, check the detected page count and reading order in the print preview.

Choose paper and finishing for your handout

Choose standard white 80 gsm, firm white 100 gsm, glossy off-white 170 gsm or natural white card 300 gsm. Print in black-and-white or colour and on one or both sides; double-sided printing requires at least two pages. Choose loose sheets or a stapled set. Rounded corners and an optional advanced document check can also be selected when that combination is available.

Check your handout before printing

  • File and pages: preferably upload a PDF. The configurator uses the confirmed total page count for pricing; check this count after upload.
  • Structure and reading order: check headings, page numbers, exercises, tables, images, white space for notes and any blank pages in the print preview.
  • Safety margin: keep text, page numbers and other important elements at least 5 mm inside the cut line.
  • Resolution and colour: supply images at final size with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and use CMYK for colour printing.
